Phone covers- DailyObjects, Top- Asos, Skirt- Forever21, Shoes- Zara, Necklace- MissFlurrty, Rings- Aldo

It's time for that fresh new fashion start! This season is all about going bonkers with neutrals specially the nude & camel tones with dashes of soft blush pink or pops of red & cobalt. I am someone who adores wearing bright hues so this is such a pleasant change. There is just something so fresh about whites against these earthy tones that makes me want to switch up my wardrobe completely! If you're a working woman and want to subtly upgrade your style, pick a pair of jogger pants in army green or navy or tan and pair it with your classic, crisp white shirt or a trendy stripped one. You could even add more detail by pairing it with a simple white tee with scalloped edges like mine. You could even colour block with different hues of the same colour to create that fashion forward look. Keep your jewellery limited to a few pieces and add more drama with your handbag, shoes or even your phone cases! I love adding subtle details to my everyday outfit that make it stand out without being over the top.

I recently came across DailyObjects.com and I am completely hooked! They have a ton of phone cases ranging from simple coloured ones to ones with some fabulous illustrations by some really talented artists. With over a 1000 styles for every phone, there is something for everyone! They were very kind to send the cassette ones to Smaran & I as Christmas presents and we were so impressed by the quality that we literally got all our friends & family hooked onto the website too. I even adore this 'never stop dreaming' case and it completely conveys my current state of mind. Just like your style, I think a person's phone case can say so much about them. These would also make such great gifts for literally any occasion because one can really never have enough phone covers, can they? Plus DailyObjects also has the option of customizing covers, so you could send them photos or quotes and have one made just how you like it. If you're gifting it to a friend or loved one, you could have your best Instagram moments printed onto the cover too! Along with phone cases they even stock a ton of ipad covers which great designs too. If you guys haven't seen it yet, you really must and for those who are looking to get a last minute Valentine's Day present, this could be a saviour!

If you follow me on Instagram you've probably seen way more than you wanted to of my recent trip to Thailand! This was my second time in Thailand but my very first time visiting Koh Samui. This serene island made me wonder why am I stuck in an overwhelming city like Mumbai when I could easily be spending all my time by the beach, sipping on fresh coconut water and gorging on delicious Thai food? But one of the few reasons that I was excited to get back for was going to the SulaFest 2015 which is happening today and tomorrow. I visited the VeroModa office last month to get a preview of their brand new Spring/Summer '15 collection and this jumpsuit immediately had all my attention. The collection is full of gorgeous prints in bright colours and they even have a few bikinis this time around! They very kindly invited me to the SulaFest and immediately said yes. But unfortunately due to my current ill health, I'll have to give it a miss this year!

But being the typical fashion girl that I am, I pre-decided my outfit at least a month ago! This tropical print jumpsuit was my pick for day 1 of the SulaFest. It's chic, super comfortable and the print resonates with the fresh spring vibe of the fest! I love how the navy lace detail on the back and the gladiator sandals add that casual, bohemian edge to the look. I would probably carry my over sized denim jacket in case it gets a bit nippy later in the evening and a small sling bag to carry the essentials. For accessories, give the typical floral head crown a miss and replace jewellery with some super fun metallic flash tattoos that are bound to make heads turn and of course I threw on my trusty metallic RayBan to match! From past experience I have learnt that the more fuss free your outfit is, the more opportunities you'll have to dance around and enjoy. Are any of you headed to SulaFest this year? If you are, don't forget to tag me on Instagram and show me what you wore to the fest!

Necklace, Cuff, Earrings- MissFlurrty, Cardigan- Koovs, Dress- St.Frock, Satchel- Viari, Shoes- Zara

I have been travelling for the past 2 weeks and luggage constraints call for maximizing your style with minimal pieces. I've been all for minimalistic style this past month and this goes for my jewellery too! I've been so drawn towards simple, dainty pieces that can be layered very easily without looking over the top. Layered jewellery is defintely an upcoming trend this season and I spotted tons of it at the High Street stores while shopping in Bangkok recently! This dainty layered necklace from Miss Flurrty is totally up my ally because of many reasons. It's such a basic piece that can be paired with so many different looks, adding just a little bit of that extra detail. You can even layer a few more of your dainty pieces along with this to create a subtle statement. I loved the way these simple needle thin earrings looked paired with the necklace and this modern cuff aptly played off the simplistic vibe!

This is a look I would wear on a day when I'm in the mood to dress up in the daytime. This lace white dress is the perfect amount of peek-a-boo for me and I love the bohemian flair. To deal with the chilly morning, I threw on this over sized, long cardigan from Koovs. To keep the tones earthy, I added a brown satchel and these nude brogues which are my current favourite & most worn shoes! Perfect for this time of the year, this is definitely an outfit, I am going to be wearing a lot. I actually just got back from Thailand and this dress was perfect for the beach while I enjoyed the view of the serene blue waters. I hope you guys have had a wonderful first month and stay tuned for lots of new posts this month!
